purie purie is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned due to an error in the address provided, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend it. Refunds are not eligible for orders with incorrect addresses, as this is beyond our control.

purie purie cannot help if you ordered incorrect nail sizes, so please make sure to double-check your order. However, if you are first time customer and you get the incorrect sizes, you can find some tips on our Instagram/Tik Tok that might be helpful.
